Refund Policy for Roots and Peppers

Thank you for shopping at Roots and Peppers

We offer refund and/or exchange within 24hrs of your purchase, if 24hrs have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Any meal not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
  • What you ordered is different from what you got

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of order.  No refund is done without receipt of order

  • Only packed meals will be replaced.
  • Self-compromised meals will not be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace meals if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the another order, please send us an email at orders@rootsandpeppers.com  and send your item to back to the place of pickup immediately you receive it

There is no refund. Any issue due to customer errors attracts fees on reorder.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then you would be given a new order just as you initially made it.

You would only be refunded if you are debited multiple times with your bank statement showing the multiple debits
